Custom Haunts ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.customhaunts.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Shipping & Delivery - Standard Shipping to the U.S.
Currently, we are offer standard shipping everyday on U.S. orders shipping to the lower 48 states. This offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO and International orders.
Orders come directly from Custom Haunts, the warehouse, supplier or manufacturer and generally ship the same day. However please allow 1-5 business days for processing and handling. Most standard orders arrive within 1-10 business days. Business days consist of Monday - Friday and exclude Weekends and Holidays. Please note, some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe. These items are included in our Shipping and Delivery Exceptions Section
Our Standard Shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service directly from the warehouse supplier or manufacturer. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.

Why hasn't my item shipped yet?
- While most of our items have a relatively short shipping timeframe, there are those that need just a little more time to get to you. These items will be clearly listed in our store with longer estimated delivery times. Below are some of the items that take longer to ship/deliver than average.
Custom Hand Made Artwork & Props
- Custom art can take up to 10-15 business days to ship. Once shipped, you will receive the tracking information.
Oversized Items
- Oversized items (furniture sets, appliances, shipments weighing over 151lbs, etc) can take up to 10-15 business days to ship. Generally, you should receive your shipment within 4 weeks of your order date. The freight carrier will contact you to arrange the delivery once it is in your local area.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
3. Delivery Terms
3.1 Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 1 - 8 business days
3.2 Our Delivery Process
Orders placed before 12 PM - EDT (UTC-04) will be dispatched usually within the same day, otherwise, within the next 1-5 business days.
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
3.3 Change Of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
3.4 P.O. Box Shipping
We cannot send orders to P.O. boxes.
3.5 Military Address Shipping
We cannot send orders to Military Address.
3.6 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.
3.7 Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation. help@customhaunts.com
4. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
5. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
6. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
6.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
Take clear photos of the original packaging/box with broken items and email to us at help@customhaunts.com.
6.2 Process for parcel lost in transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
